Terms of Service

Scope and quotes

Projects are defined by a written quote. Extra work is quoted separately before it starts.

Payments

Projects need a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due on approval and before final handover. Large projects may be billed in milestones. Monthly services are billed in advance, with an initial 3-month term, then month to month.

Revisions

Revision rounds are listed per package. "Unlimited" means within the agreed scope and creative direction while the project is active.

Your part

Timely feedback, content and access keep projects on schedule. Projects with no response for 30 days may be closed and the completed work invoiced.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables. Licensed items (stock, fonts, plugins, music) follow their own licenses. We may feature completed work unless you ask us not to.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
