Refund Policy

Before work starts
Cancel before work begins and we refund your deposit, less any third-party costs already paid.
After work starts
Refunds are assessed against work delivered. Approved milestones and delivered files are non-refundable.
Monthly services
Cancel any time after the initial term, with notice before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded.
How to ask
Email us your invoice number and reason. We reply within 5 business days.
